• We may monitor misuse (e.g., credential sharing) and suspend/terminate access without refund.

4) Payments & No-Refund Policy

• Prices/taxes are shown at checkout and may change.
• Payments are processed by reputable third-party providers; we do not store full card data.
• All sales are final. No refunds, credits, deferrals, transfers, or exceptions.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be suspended until resolved.

5) Educational Use & Independence

• We provide education/coaching only; no migration, visa, legal, or medical services or advice.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by regulators/exam bodies (e.g., APC/OPRA/KAPS, PEBC, PSI). Names are used for identification and educational purposes.
• You must verify current rules, formats, fees, and deadlines with official bodies.

6) Intellectual Property & Licence

• Upon payment (where applicable), you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access purchased content for your own learning.
• No recording, copying, reposting, reselling, redistribution, or scraping of content/classes/materials without our prior written consent.
• All content, logos, graphics, videos, text, and compilations remain our property or that of our licensors. All rights reserved.

7) Learner Conduct

• Be respectful—no harassment, discrimination, spam, or plagiarism.
• No malware, bots, or attempts to bypass security/access controls.
• No solicitation of leaked/real exam questions or academic misconduct.
• We may remove content and suspend/terminate access for violations.

8) Third-Party Services & Links

We may use or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp/Telegram, YouTube, LMS/CRM tools, payment gateways). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

9) Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services (including features, schedules, or content) at any time, including for maintenance.

10) Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific course/service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Expertise and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content/conduct, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Victoria, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us before filing any claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
