2) All Sales Final (No Cancellations, No Refunds)

  • All payments are final at the time of purchase.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests, deferrals, or transfers to another person, cohort, or program.
  • Non-attendance, change of mind, or inability to participate does not entitle a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

3) Digital Access & Single-User Accounts

  • Access is granted to one individual user per account; sharing credentials is not permitted.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse (e.g., sharing, copying, or redistributing materials) without refund.

4) Billing Issues & Chargebacks

  • If you believe a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment), contact us immediately with your receipt and details.
  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to account suspension while the matter is investigated.

5) Technical & Access Support
